Dan advises brand partner execs on operationalizing AI and digital technology, sizing consumer trends, and building impactful insights programs. Dan’s a music lover (a vinyl snob specifically) and loves getting outside (on foot, bike and skis).

Previously, he was an executive and the first employee at Birchbox, where he developed the analytics and insights practice and managed international business. He began his career as a consultant at Bain & Co, advising Fortune 500 clients in retail and technology. Matt graduated summa cum laude from Princeton.
